Overview

Job title: Structural Revit Technician (Contract)

Location: Central London

Rate: £37.50p/h (Outside IR35)

We’re partnered with a leading London consultancy delivering complex and high-profile building structures. They’re looking for a Senior Structural Revit Technician to provide immediate support on major projects and help drive delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the production and management of structural Revit models
• Check, review and coordinate drawings produced by other technicians
• Collaborate with Engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and buildability
• Support delivery on a range of challenging projects including commercial, residential, and refurbishment schemes
• Maintain and improve Revit standards, workflows, and best practices across the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Significant experience as a Structural Technician within a consultancy
• Expert Revit Structures skills with proven coordination and model management ability
• Strong understanding of building materials: steel, RC, refurbishments, and complex detailing
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior technicians
• Confident communicator, able to manage deadlines across multiple projects
