StructuralBrickwork Operative – The Role :

We are now recruiting Brickwork / Multi‑Skilled Operatives to train in specialist masonry reinforcement techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with brickwork, masonry, or general construction experience who want a long‑term, stable role with real career development.

StructuralBrickwork Operative – Key Responsibilities :

You will work Erlag a small team, carrying out external refurbishment and structural reinforcement works, including :

• Cutting out and replacing damaged bricks using powered breakers
• Completing small brickwork repairs
• Raking out bed joints using powered wall ch Bizers
• Drilling masonry (including diamond drilling) and installing structural ties and anchors
• Carrying out concrete repairs
• Working alongside masonry refurbishment operatives and labourers
• Travelling daily to sites in London and the Home Counties

StructuralBrickwork Operative – Ideal Candidate :

• Experience in brickwork or masonry refurbishment
• Able to work well within a team
• Takes a responsible approach to health & safety
• Holds a valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain)
• Full clean driving licence

StructuralBrickwork Operative – Training Provided :

• Wall tie installation
• Bed joint reinforcement
• Lateral restraint installation
• Use of access platforms / MEWPs
• Health & Safety procedures
