Responsibilities
  • Build enablement plans and deploy GTM commercialization for first party data and measurement solutions across the funnel
  • Assess how measurement innovation, emerging AI solutions in data and measurement and Google's response to ecosystem changes will impact customer measurement, and how to deploy these new measurement solutions across GCAS
  • Identify key opportunities for growth and maturity in GCAS data and measurement strategy to inform GCAS measurement priorities and operationalize deployment of data and measurement priorities
  • Partner with regional GTM to ensure alignment in execution and activation on key multi-market initiatives. Gather, analyze, and share actionable insights on measurement challenges and opportunities for GCAS clients and agencies
  • Work with Google Product Solutions (GPS) and regional GTM to advocate for GCAS product requirements, drive innovation on AI-powered data/measurement solutions, and address GCAS market needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Experience with data measurement (e.g., data API integration, tagging, GA4) and attribution
Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising or data infrastructure
  • Knowledge of AI measurement foundation products (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Google Tag Gateway, sGTM, GA4)
  • Understanding of data onboarding, data infrastructure and integration
  • Understanding of connecting measurement and data to media ROI
  • Excellent operational accuracy, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization across multiple functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to audiences

The Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Product Strategy and Operations team partners with GCAS Sales to build the sales activation strategy that will drive business growth, adoption of AI-powered ads and measurement solutions. We are a global team who partners with regional GTM, GPS and sales to ensure our ads solutions help solve marketing issues for the key advertisers and agencies.

In this role, you will drive cross-product initiatives that enable GCAS sales to partner with global clients and agencies to accelerate their business outcomes on Google’s ad platforms. You will collaborate closely with GCAS GTM, GCAS sales and regional GTM to ensure effective business enablement, build business and product insights and support deployment of our sales plays across GCAS.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
