We’re looking for a Strategy Analyst for a 12-month period. We have a strong strategy, but we need to adapt to a rapidly changing external context and learn quickly about what works. Working closely with colleagues within the Strategic Delivery Unit and across the organisation, you’ll synthesise data and insight to inform how our strategy should evolve over the coming years.
We’re a collaborative, insight-driven team at the heart of strategic decision-making for the Trust. Reporting to the Strategy Manager, this role sits within the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU). We value curiosity, clarity, and collaboration, and we’re passionate about using evidence to shape the future.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
You’ll carry out analyses to turn complex data into clear, practical insights that inform critical organisational decisions at Executive level.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Strategic Delivery Unit to deliver shared work on behalf of senior clients.
You’ll support evidence-based decisions by synthesising large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data, spotting patterns and connecting the dots to support decision-making.
You’ll be part of a strong service-oriented team in the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU) where top quality work delivered on time is highly valued.
You’ll provide analytical support in a rounded and holistic way keeping the big picture in mind, always in service of evidence-based decision making
