Responsibilities

• Act as legal advisor across CITB's full remit of work.
• Lead on complex legal matters and manage diverse portfolio.
• Interpret and advise on legislation and statutory powers.
• Draft and review high-value contracts and manage legal risk.
• Support colleagues across the organisation with legal guidance.
• Represent CITB in legal matters including tribunals or court.
