Job description

This strategic leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering Integrated Lifestyle and Public Health prevention initiatives. The post holder will lead the development of strategic approaches that influence both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader system priorities., In addition to corporate responsibilities, the role oversees the direction and integration of multiple operational teams and programmes. It requires expert knowledge of behaviour change methodologies, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, alongside strong leadership in managing a diverse portfolio which subject to varied reporting and regulatory frameworks.

As part of the Senior Leadership structure, the post holder will contribute to a wide range of cross-cutting workstreams, driving innovation, collaboration, and service excellence.
