Job summary

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or equivalent with a postgraduate diploma/Master's level.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience in line and performance management.
• Strong skills in writing consultation papers and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Unit and Service Leads to provide HR advice.
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR and workforce management.
• Lead recruitment and retention strategies.
• Support realistic workforce planning.
• Advise on key HR activities including Employee Relations.
