Job summary

A leading interior landscaping specialist based in Henham is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across the organization. This role involves advising management on HR initiatives, handling complex employee relations cases, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, preferably in a growing environment, and a CIPD qualification. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent generalist HR role for a growing company.
  • Strong experience covering all areas of HR, including employee relations, policy, compliance, and organisational change.
  • Confident advising, coaching, and influencing managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to leaders, managers, and teams across the business.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

Skills

Experience in HR Business Partnering
Knowledge of UK employment law
Strong analytical skills
Experience with HRIS systems
Coaching and influencing skills

Education

CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7 preferred)
