• Track record of leading finance in an SME setting, ideally involving multi-entity or international operations.
• Confident in delivering timely management information and ensuring robust financial control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely management accounts, forecasts and margin analysis.
• Restructure, manage and develop a five-person finance team.
• Manage cash flow, controls and compliance in line with shareholder expectations.
• Provide clear, commercial insight to support decision-making.
