• Lead end-to-end procurement activity: market engagement, sourcing strategy, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Develop construction procurement strategies aligned with the airport's infrastructure plan.
• Manage supplier negotiations and selection processes, ensuring risk is effectively mitigated in contracts.
