• Strong leadership skills managing teams within client accounts.
• Track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth.
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance.
• Experience in P&L management and financial planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the account strategy and ensure service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Act as the escalation point for client queries and issues.
• Monitor account performance, budgets, and P&L.
