Sphere Digital Recruitment are partnered with a high-growth SaaS vendor who are scaling their Go-To-Market function across EMEA. They're seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new enterprise business across the Fortune 100, working with General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, and Legal Operations leaders.

This is a high-impact, senior sales role where you'll own complex enterprise deals end-to-end, building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and delivering real strategic value to global organisations.

The Role
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across enterprise accounts

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline through outbound efforts and GTM collaboration

  • Conduct consultative discovery with senior stakeholders to uncover challenges and position tailored solutions

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver maximum customer outcomes

  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership while staying ahead of industry trends

You
  • 5+ years' enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within legal technology or adjacent sectors

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota within the Fortune 100 market segment

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-suite engagement

  • Strong ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and industry knowledge

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

  • Thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and comfortable selling without an established brand logo
