Overview

Location: Oxford Street East

Salary: £34,612 with 27 days annual leave & pension

Contract: Full-Time, 6 month FTC

What you’ll do

If you’re a people person, there’s lots to love about this role. Day-to-day, below is a small part of what you can expect.

  • Responsible for leading and developing the P&C Administration team and overall accountable for day to day P&C activity.
  • Partner with the Store Manager as a trusted advisor to support operational decision making across the store.
  • Work closely with the wider Retail Management team to provide trusted advice on the people agenda, process, and best practice in relation to all key areas of HR.
  • Coach and develop the retail management teams to deliver high performance through colleagues who are engaged.
  • Responsible for the governance of people policy, process and practice and adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements in store.
  • Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.
