A leading retail company is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to lead the P&C Administration team and support operational decisions. This full-time role requires HR experience, strong organisational skills, and effective communication abilities to foster a positive workforce environment. Location: Oxford Street East
Salary: £34,612 with 27 days annual leave & pension
Contract: Full-Time, 6 month FTC
