Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week with 1-2 late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train 2-5 team members during shifts.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory.
