Team Leadership and Development
  • Coaching, Inspiring & Motivating: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, cultivating a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Sales Training & Performance Management: Conduct regular sales training sessions, assess performance, and implement development plans for your team members.
Sales and Performance
  • Sales Goals Setting: Set ambitious yet achievable sales, occupancy, and revenue targets for the store.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet and exceed these targets.
Operational Excellence
  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient restocking and minimising stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Cultivate a customer‑centric culture and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • CRM & Sales Funnel Strategy: Utilise the CRM system effectively to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Store Administration: Oversee general store administration, including stock audits, store maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organised environment.

  • Reporting to Senior Management: Provide regular updates on store KPIs and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective local marketing initiatives.

  • High Levels of Customer Satisfaction: Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction, as reflected in Net Promoter Scores and Mystery Shopping results.
Your Skill Set

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative sales environment (not retail).
  • Telesales Advantage: Prior telesales experience is highly beneficial.
  • Detail‑oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of store operations.
  • Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Adaptable Communication: Seamlessly transition between telesales and face‑to‑face customer interactions, adapting communication style as needed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, upbeat, and able to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Local Residence: Must live within a 30‑minute commute of the store.
  • Previous experience in consultative sales and/or telesales is mandatory.
