Overview

Pandora is seeking a pro-active, results-driven Store Manager to join our team. You will lead store operations, inspire a high-performing team to beat targets, and provide a world-class service. The role includes managing the assistant manager, supervisors and sales associates to create special memories for our customers. In the UK, we were recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 in the very large employers category.

Responsibilities
  • Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store\'s targets by identifying and maximizing opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, while exemplifying Pandora customer service.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities support successful commercial execution.
  • Receive thorough training on our hand-crafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support succession.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store, with a passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to understand Pandora\'s local and global business strategy and translate it into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when opportunities are identified.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team; adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values; well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and retail.
