Overview

Pandora is seeking a pro-active, results-driven Store Manager to join our team. You will lead store operations, inspire a high-performing team to beat targets, and provide a world-class service. The role includes managing the assistant manager, supervisors and sales associates to create special memories for our customers. Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store\'s targets by identifying and maximizing opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, while exemplifying Pandora customer service.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities support successful commercial execution.
• Receive thorough training on our hand-crafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support succession.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store, with a passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
• Ability to understand Pandora\'s local and global business strategy and translate it into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
• Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when opportunities are identified.
• Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team; adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values; well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and retail.
