The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll bring your passion for wellbeing and exceptional customer service to life every day. With the support of your line manager, you’ll take ownership of your standalone store, driving its commercial success, motivating your team, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the store
  • Driving sales, KPIs and company objectives
  • Developing quarterly business plans for targets, events, marketing activations and new launches
  • Handling payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reports and orders
  • Creating fun, engaging in-store content for online and social platforms
  • Leading regular 1-1 meetings, reviews and goal-setting with your team
  • Delivering an unforgettable customer experience that inspires wellbeing
  • Upholding high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising
  • Planning and delivering annual in-store and local events
  • Recruiting, developing and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
How You’ll Dazzle Us

You’ll have at least two years’ experience either managing a standalone store or a busy concession in a luxury department store. You’re confident with MS Office, Excel and Google Drive, and you thrive on multitasking and taking initiative. You’re a natural communicator, commercially driven, and passionate about coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential while maintaining impeccable standards in store.
