Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Lead the team and manage store performance in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Drive store operations including visual merchandising and retail policies.
• Achieve sales targets through innovative processes.
• Train and develop team members using Gant Academy.
