Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Stock and Despatch Controller to join their team in Newport. This is a permanent role offering a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking products and applications within the security and communications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods Inwards and Receipting of Stock, including visual quality inspection
• Location of Stock and Stock Checks
• Maintain accurate stock information on internal systems
• General Picking and Packing duties
• Outbound Shipping and Collections
• Working with partner logistics companies
• General Housekeeping of Stock Areas
• Supporting the production team with some equipment maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a team enthusiast
• Good understanding of Office 365
