The Forester is located in the town of Dunkinfield, Tameside, Greater Manchester. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retails outlets and mixed housing. The pub is well maintained throughout and has a welcoming open plan trading area and a large beer garden with great Children’s play area.
The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 6,168 adults. The customer base is made up of a mixture of young, medium and mature adults on low to medium income.
The food currently makes up 18% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, pub games machines and maximising the large outside trading space with children’s play area.
