A healthcare institution in Dorchester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Sick Children Nurse (RSCN) to join their busy Emergency Department on a fixed-term basis. This role involves providing care in a dynamic clinical environment that includes treating a diverse range of conditions. Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. The position includes 12.5-hour shifts as part of the department’s rota.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for RN / RSCN to join our busy Emergency Department on a fixed-term basis as we start a multi-million transformation and expansion. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking individuals who are keen to learn and innovate.
We are a busy environment with a high turnover of patients, treating children and adults with a range of conditions including minor injuries, major trauma, medical and surgical emergencies and mental health conditions. Clinical working areas include Majors, Minors, EDAU and Resus. A dedicated Clinical Practice Educator provides robust support and education as you begin your journey.
