The role involves a focus on patient-centered care and requires excellent communication skills along with a strong understanding of mental health legislation. An exciting opportunity to join our new older adults ward, specialising in care for older adults experiencing mental health conditions including dementia. We provide 24 hour care within a purpose‑built assessment and therapy unit, working within a multidisciplinary approach that optimises individual recovery. We are an activity‑driven, multidisciplinary team with a focus on person‑centred care that supports both clients and their carers.
