Overview

Stable Way Site Manager needed in West London.

The rate is £20.86ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: 5275320.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop a high quality neighbourhood based housing management service to residents of a Travellers site.
• Sign up new licence holders and ensure they have all information to pay rent, understand responsibilities as residents, and know how to contact the site manager.
• Act as the first point of contact for all residents and ensure residents are aware of all services available to them, including services that sit outside of Housing Management.
