Sprayer | Poole | £18ph (depending on experience)

Are you a Sprayer looking for your next challenge, or do you have experience in paint spraying in a similar field? Rubicon’s client are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their team working within the spraying workshop. This is an opportunity to work for an up and coming, local company where training is provided. The biggest attribute is having the right attitude and willingness to learn!

What you will need
  • Prior experience in spray painting, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • A keen eye for detail as the role involves applying coatings evenly and ensuring a flawless finish on high-quality products.
  • Experience with preparing surfaces before spraying, such as sanding, cleaning, and masking.
Responsibilities
  • Preparing the surface by ensuring that surfaces are clean, smooth, and free from imperfections. This may involve sanding, cleaning, and masking areas that should not be sprayed.
  • Applying coatings (such as paint, lacquer, or other finishes) to cabinets and other components.
  • Using spray guns and other equipment to achieve an even, high-quality finish.
  • Cleaning the spray guns, mixing paints or coatings properly, and managing waste materials.
  • Working with minimum supervision whilst having a positive and proactive can-do attitude.
