The Role

We are looking for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Epinal Way Care Centre in Loughborough. This Level 7 role is suited to an experienced clinician with expertise in both speech and language therapy and dysphagia management.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat service users with complex needs, deliver individual and group therapy, and lead on specialist dysphagia management. The role also includes supervising junior staff and students, supporting service development, and contributing to audits and research.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC and RCSLT registration
