A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a Specification Sales Manager to promote low-carbon products in the social housing market across North & West London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should possess account management experience in HVAC or related sectors and be comfortable liaising with high-level decision-makers. This role offers a competitive salary up to £58,000, a 20% OTE, and benefits including a company car, pension, and private healthcare.

Overview

Specification Sales Manager (Key Accounts) - HVAC - Social Housing / Regional Developers

Area: North & West London / Hertfordshire / Berkshire

As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company's low-carbon world-class HVAC products into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations – dealing with the new build market.

You will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C‑suite / level decision makers.

The Specification Sales Manager will be supported by coordinators, marketing, customer services and an in-house technical team (you will also have the benefit of dedicated training centres).

This role will require you to win specifications, manage whole projects and break specifications.
