Ideal candidates will have substantial nursing experience, preferably in a Rheumatology setting, though training is provided. The Community and Wellbeing network are able to offer an exciting opportunity for a Rheumatology Specialist Nurse to work within the Central Lancashire Moving Well service. The post is primarily based at the Minerva Health Centre and our satellite clinic at Chorley. The main purpose of this post is to work as a specialist nurse to assess, devise, implement and evaluate treatment plans for patients with a range of rheumatological conditions. Ideally applicants will have experience of working within a Rheumatology setting, training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
