Job summary

A charitable organization supporting veterans in Plymouth is seeking a Specialist Employment Consultant. In this role, you will coordinate employment case-working support for veterans to help them secure sustainable civilian employment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with veterans or similar populations and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role offers a supportive work environment with many benefits.

  • Facilitate and co-ordinate employment case-working support.
  • Assist Service Leavers and Veterans in finding sustainable civilian employment.
  • Provide vocational outcome support for those post-discharge.
Job description

Brief role description:

The Specialist Employment Consultant will facilitate and co‑ordinate employment case‑working support for CTP (Assist) Service Leavers and Veterans up to 2 years post‑discharge in order that they find appropriate and sustainable civilian employment or other appropriate vocational outcomes.
