You will contribute to the delivery of our strategic vision for education and development within the pharmacy department, gaining experience across several dimensions through inter-professional education within the trust and by working closely with multi-sector partner organisations within the Integrated Care System to develop the future pharmacist workforce. There will be opportunities for personal and professional development including the Independent Prescribing Course.

  • Participation in the department's continuing education activities, including supporting the provision of education programmes and clinical training for other staff members including pharmacists, trainee pharmacists and pharmacy undergraduates
  • Facilitation of multi-disciplinary training with foundation doctors, nursing staff and AHPs
  • Provision of a clinical pharmacy service including application of non-medical prescribing skills (if applicable)
