As a Customer Facing L&D Instructional Design Specialist within our GTMC team, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training content, review programs, and ensure methods align with adult learning principles.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
2. Create instructional materials addressing training needs.
3. Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for training delivery.
4. Assess current training programs and recommend improvements in adult learning techniques and technology use.
5. Collaborate with the L&D team to implement enhancements.
6. Develop and facilitate training sessions using adult learning and instructional design methods, including virtual and regional sessions.

About You

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Project management experience required.
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design basics.
• Knowledge of various learning styles and methods.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and resource management skills.
