As an SEN Teacher, you will be working with students who have a range of needs, including Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailored Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are customised to the individual needs of your students.
• Curriculum Delivery: Expertly deliver lessons based on the P Scales curriculum.
• Positive Relationships: Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive and secure learning atmosphere.
• Behavioural Support: Use creative and effective strategies to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
• Personal Care: Provide personal care support to students as required.

Essential Requirements

• You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• You must have UK-based experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
• Availability to work five days a week, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• You should have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Immediate availability is a must.
