Special Education Teacher

Primary or Secondary Setting | Wembley, Brent

Full-time | Permanent or Long-term | January 2026

A school in Wembley, Brent is seeking a Special Education Teacher to work with pupils with additional learning needs from January 2026.

This role is suitable for a qualified teacher with experience in SEND, or a teacher looking to specialise further in special education within a structured school setting.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering adapted lessons to meet individual pupil needs
  • Teaching pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
  • Working alongside support staff, therapists and external professionals
  • Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to EHCP targets
  • Creating a consistent and structured classroom environment
