Role: SPAR Assistant Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 39 hours per week

Location: SPAR Fenham, 271-291 Two Ball Lonnen, Fenham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 9RX

Responsibilities
  • As an Assistant Manager, you will cover the store in the absence of the Store Manager and gain valuable experience to support your next step in management.
  • Take responsibility for activities from ordering stock to training employees and driving sales, while ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Lead the team in developing a motivated and empowered environment through a positive and innovative management style.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support colleagues to maximise sales and profit.

  • Previous supervisory or management experience leading a team within a retail environment.
