We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Norfolk Woods Resort in King\'s Lynn, Norfolk. This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 16 hours across 2 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role

Main responsibilities:

• Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based.
• Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments.
• Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.
• Actively work to help promote the spa.
• Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous salon experience is desired.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position.
• The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
