A leading hospitality provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Spa Receptionist to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Responsibilities include assisting with bookings and supporting Therapists with necessary materials, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The role offers perks such as staff stays, discounts, and access to wellness services. Ideal candidates will have an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills, contributing to a memorable guest experience.
Location: THE PIG - in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE
Salary: OTE £13.06 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days
With five treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, nail room, outdoor heated hydrotherapy pool, garden terrace, and relaxation room. THE PIG-in the Cotswolds’ Fieldhouse is our space for wellbeing.
As a Spa Receptionist, our guests experience is everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. You will ensure our guests feel comfortable, welcomed and informed about their booking.
Additionally, you’ll support the Therapists with replenishing fresh towels, stock and materials as required.
You will require an eye for detail in your day-to-day role. Ensuring the inside and outside areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining high standards throughout the day for our guests.
The Fieldhouse requires you to take pride in your work acting with discretion for our guests during their treatments and relaxation time.
