A respected pub group in Greater London is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations at The George. In this role, you will manage daily kitchen activities, contribute to innovative menu development, and ensure high-quality food preparation. As Sous Chef at The George, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consistently high-quality, innovative dishes across our pubs. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll contribute to menu development while helping to manage the day-to-day kitchen operation. This includes overseeing prep schedules, stock control, budgeting, and kitchen maintenance, as well as leading, developing, and motivating the kitchen team.
