A prestigious hospitality establishment in Greater London is seeking a Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, oversee staff, and ensure food quality and freshness. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. The Sous chef will work alongside the team to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock control. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
