Our client is a sophisticated, beautifully designed restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, known for its glamorous setting and exceptional dining experience. Following a recent refurbishment, they’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade and support in leading the team.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Sous Chef…

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen’s day-to-day operations
  • Catering for up to 50 covers at lunch, 220 for dinner and 60 in the private dining room
  • Leading, motivating and inspiring the brigade to consistently deliver exceptional standards
  • Contributing creative input to menus and ensuring dishes are executed to perfection
  • Maintaining the highest levels of organisation, hygiene and compliance in the kitchen
You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Have proven experience as a Sous Chef within a high-end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
  • Are confident managing a busy service with high cover counts while keeping quality at the forefront
  • Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to support, mentor and drive a talented team
