Job summary

A leading hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Sous Chef for a beautifully restored boutique hotel in Buckinghamshire. This role offers a chance to lead a talented kitchen team aiming for 2–3 AA Rosettes and provides opportunities for creative input in menu development. The ideal candidate should be experienced in high-quality kitchens and possess strong leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen organization.

  • Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade alongside the Head Chef.
  • Drive creativity and quality across all sections of the kitchen.
  • Develop junior chefs through training and support.

With stylish surroundings and a talented, ambitious kitchen team, they are pushing to achieve 2–3 AA Rosettes and are looking for a driven Sous Chef to help lead them on this exciting journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated chef to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing, high‑calibre kitchen.

Due to the hotel’s location, having your own transport is recommended.
