Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sous Chef.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
