A dynamic restaurant group in Bath is recruiting for a Sous Chef responsible for kitchen management and team leadership. This role includes overseeing kitchen operations, stock and rota management, and working closely with the Head Chef on guest experience. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, fun work environment while helping to develop their team. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 is offered, along with great benefits including meals on shift and access to financial support services.

Salary circa £40,000 (up to £38k basic + tronc)
As a sous chef, you are an expert at kitchen management, ensuring that it is a safe, fun and exciting place to work, whilst being extremely profitable and efficiently run. Your team will work for you at all times to deliver your vision and strategy within your kitchen. You will oversee everything from stocks, rotas, recruitment and overall food safety / hygiene.
Your time should be split evenly between cooking, managing our systems and procedures, and developing your team. You will also work closely with the Head Chef to advise on Food operations, guest experience and any bookings / events.
