Job summary

A leading fintech company in London seeks an independent Solution Engineer to manage complex technical processes from pre-sales to full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in solution engineering and strong communication skills. They will lead technical sales processes, implement solutions, and work collaboratively across teams. This position is based in London, requiring in-office presence four times a week.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
  • 2 years in fintech - Bonus!
  • Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
  • Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independence and proactivity - thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical sales processes, owning the technical aspects of sales cycles.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.

  • Lead technical implementation of Justt’s solutions for new clients.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to maximize client value.
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams.

We’re seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our dynamic London team

This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes – from initial pre sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Technical Sales Processes
  • Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives
Technical Implementation & Onboarding
  • Lead complete technical implementation of Justt’s solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles
  • 2 years in fintech – Bonus!
