J W Hughes & Co LLP are looking to recruit a Fee Earner to deal with residential conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload and taking instructions from Clients
• Dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions (freehold and leasehold properties)
• Drafting contracts, collating and checking and preparing legal and financial documentation
• Exchanging Contract and completing transactions
• Dealing with all financial aspects of the transaction
• Liaising with Agents, Borrowers, other Solicitors as necessary

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good organization skills and perform work accurately and reliably
• Provide excellent client care, with strong communication skills
• Possess strong IT skills
