Job Title : Solicitor - RTA and Credit Hire Specialist

Salary : Competitive

Location : Bromley

An exciting opportunity has become available with my client, a leading Legal 500–recognised law firm based in London / Kent Border. They are seeking a driven and experienced qualified solicitor with expertise in RTA claims and / or credit hire litigation to join a well-respected firm as part of an ambitious growth plan.

Duties include
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury, RTA, and credit hire claims, both pre-litigation and litigation stages
  • Prepare legal documents, including statements, pleadings, and other court filings
  • Negotiate settlements and maintain regular communication with clients, insurers, and legal counsel
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, procedural rules, and professional standards
  • Provide clients with clear, accurate, and commercially focused legal advice throughout the claims process
  • Represent clients effectively in legal proceedings, delivering solutions aligned with their business or personal objectives
  • Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training as required
The successful candidate will have
  • Strong ability to build productive and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while staying self‑motivated
  • Effective case and workload management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with over 2 years PQE
  • Solid experience in RTA and credit hire litigation
