Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across Family Law, Litigation, Employment, and Business Law.
• Work collaboratively with a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Provide a high standard of legal care and client service at all times.
• Support and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate strong leadership as a positive, energetic, and proactive senior team member.
• Bring in new client cases and contribute to the firm's business development.
• Maintain excellent legal practice standards, regulatory compliance, and client confidentiality.
• 5 days office based – Borehamwood; Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE) in England & Wales.
• Demonstrable experience in Family Law, Litigation, Employment, and Business Law.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Track record of mentoring or supervising a legal firm.
• Confident in client relationship management and business development.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment.
