The Role Includes:

• Managing a wide range of commercial disputes across sectors such as energy, construction, marine, property, and agriculture
• Handling cases in the sheriff courts and Court of Session (excluding advocacy)
• Involvement in training, compliance, marketing, and business development initiatives
• Opportunity to develop specialisms in areas like non-contentious construction, insolvency, and contract advisory work
