Overview

Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham. Due to an ever-expanding order book our clients are looking for experienced solderers.

Role

As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using through-hole and fine soldering.

Responsibilities

• Following technical drawings and soldering to required standards.
• Soldering to IPC standards.
• Soldering small components to PCBs.
• Soldering with a microscope at times.

Requirements

• PCB soldering experience.
• Be able to understand technical drawings.
• Solder to good standards.
• IPC certificates beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Working hours

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30–16:30 and early finish on Fridays 12:30.
