A leading software development company in Milton Keynes seeks a confident Software Trainer to join their Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will deliver training to help customers maximize their use of the software while advocating for their needs across departments. About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Software Trainer to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll deliver training that helps our customers get the best from our platform—whether that’s part of a brand-new implementation or helping power our customers to go even further.
This is a role that blends training, consultancy, and customer advocacy. You’ll work across departments, build relationships with customers, and help them realise value at every stage of the journey.
