Overview

Software Engineer – CCaaS – Cloud Contact Center (Mid to Sr. level) - UK

Location: Remote - England, UK

Travel: up to 10%

Position Type: Fulltime

We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our team and support Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE Cxone). In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop products and features for Cloud Contact Center platforms.
  • Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and resolve bugs found in QA.

  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members.
  • Mentor others and assist with onboarding new team members.
Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of IVR and ACD development experience.
  • 4+ years of CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect or other platform experience (Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8).
  • CRM integration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
