The Opportunity

Were looking for a curious and motivated Associate Backend Engineer to join our Operations UI team an integral part of our Control-Center platform. This team builds and maintains the tools that enable our customers to serve their own users through day-to-day operations like viewing transactions adjusting account balances and managing cards. You’ll be supported by experienced engineers while gaining hands‑on experience in a global cloud‑first fintech company that’s landing major clients and making a real impact.

The Work Itself

• Write and maintain GraphQL endpoints that connect our UI to internal APIs enabling key operational features.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to design build and test backend services.
• Participate in pair programming bug fixing and design discussions to improve service reliability and performance.
• Learn and apply best practices in microservices architecture cloud‑native development and secure coding.
• Contribute to a platform used by global customers with opportunities to explore new technologies and patterns.
